All of the forms(poomse) practiced in the Z.M.K.A. are named after entities in nature which guide the flow of power. Grand Master Lee developed the forms in this manner so that students could gain a better understanding of themselves and their relationship with the natural world. Since the inception of Lees Zen Mu Kwan Tae Kwon Do, under the direct supervision of Grand Master Lee, Master Cocco has promoted over 100 students to the level of 1st degree black belt, 15 student to a 2 nd degree black belt, 12 students to a 3 rd degree black belt, 6 students to a 4 th degree black belt, and 4 students to a 5 th degree black belt.
At Lees Zen Mu Kwan Tae Kwon Do we have an incredibly talented and qualified staff, each of our instructors have between 10 to 30 years experience. We cover all areas of traditional Tae Kwon Do in our teaching. With plenty of instructors on hand all of our students receive a great deal of personal attention.
Tae Kwon Do is the Korean form of martial arts it requires the use of hands and feet without weapons, the main goal of tae kwon do is to achieve total mind and body control.
Zen- a special discipline which unifies the body and mind by drawing in the awesome energy (pronounced kee in Korean) from the earth, thus creating inner power and strength.

3-No conversation is to be conducted while training
