SomeoneToListen.com was created for people to talk about things that are bothering them, discuss their problems, fears and concerns, and for human interaction when people are more willing to talk with caring "strangers".

Talking about your problems will reduce your stress, make you feel better, and put your feelings into perspective.

 

It is often very difficult for people to share their problems with friends, family, doctor, clergy, or colleagues for fear of reprisals, embarrassment, awkward feeling afterwards or diminution of the standing in the community. Talking to Someone To Listen is 100% Confidential.

 

Mission Statement: Our primary mission is to improve the lives of our customers on a long-term basis by improving their outlook, listening to them, putting their fears in perspective, giving them social interaction and giving them a place to vent and vet what is on their minds. We want to help people in distress and get their lives back on track through listening to them and getting their problems "off their chests".

Our goal is to provide you with "someone to listen" in a manner that is empathetic and respectful of your conditions, attentive to your individual needs and aware of the differing values, traditions and lifestyles of our customers.

Our Listening Specialists will provide a "friendly ear" to listen to you. You can discuss concerns, problems, fears, anxieties, etc. You also can talk just to talk. We provide a safe, caring and supportive environment.

We will NOT provide any medical and/or mental health treatment, advice and/or diagnosis.

Our listening services will be akin to listening typically done by close friends, teachers, religious leaders, personal trainers, work colleagues and/or acquaintances. Many of our customers do not want to burden their family or friends with their problems or are not comfortable sharing their fears and concerns with family or friends. Some of our customers do not have people to talk to.
