My Gym

The My Gym facility is the ultimate exercise and play superstructure with state-of-the-art, custom-designed equipment and built-in climbing and swinging apparatus. Our specialized equipment, made exclusively by and for My Gym, is created to interlink and offer a multitude of configurations. The gym's floor space is rearranged each week to provide a new and stimulating experience for the children.

My Gym's unique swing support system is fully adjustable and interchangeable, affording us the flexibility to provide healthy, fun and safe activities for both younger and older children. Our smaller tots enjoy an array of imaginative swings including airplanes, teeter-totter swing, Space Flight and Magic Carpet Swing, to name a few. Our more mature members practice hanging and climbing skills on rings, ropes, hanging ladders and trapezes. The entire system is easily converted to become age-appropriate for each My Gym class level.

The gym is clean, bright, colorful and inviting. Soft padded mats ensure children's safety under tumbling and gymnastic equipment such as parallel bars, balance beam, high bar, trampolines, vaulting horse and springboard.

Each My Gym is equipped with a parent-friendly lobby where mothers and fathers can observe their children. Many locations have sibling rooms where youngsters can enjoy books, video tapes and toys while their brothers and sisters are participating in class.
