Aw Shucks Corn Maze

Our Corn Maze: This year's maze has grown to 6 acres! With a new design each year, the paths will challenge some and entertain even the youngest of outdoor adventurers. Our paths are cut wide and strollers and wagons are welcome. Maps are given to visitors to guide you through the maze and employees are in and out to check on you. For an extra adventure, try the maze at NIGHT! (Bring a flashlight) Aw Shucks! offers a real Pumpkin Patch as well as many new varieties this year on display. We will carry more carving pumpkins as requested! You can walk or take a hayride to the Pumpkin Patch to pick up your own. Be sure to get your photo by the Pumpkin House!

Meet the newest addition to Aw Shucks, “Lexi” - the pig who is chubby and sweet and gets excited when she hears kids coming for a visit! Did you know…..pigs are unable to sweat? That’s why they can be seen wallowing in the mud to stay cool. Pigs are also one of the smartest and easily trained animals. Oh, and the next time your mom says your room looks like a “pig pen” remind her that pigs are actually one of the cleanest animals! |

Also new to the farm this year is “Dolly” a wooly sheep who, if she could talk, would beg you (in her very Scottish accent) to scratch her back and stay for a while. |

|
Meet “Pico” and “Gallo” the friendly chickens who may get a little shy when you walk up but be sure to sneak a peek as you walk away because they come right out for a little treat! |

Known for more than just multiplying, our Rabbits, “Babbage” and “Descarte” have lots of fun facts to share. They love to be cuddled especially when they get to know you. |

Did you know there are 101 different kinds of goats! At Aw Shucks, our goats, "Cashmere" and "Bezoar" have ancestors that date back to 4000 BC! Although they are known as the earliest domesticated animal, they are also the quickest animal to return back to the wild if given the chance! |
