For ages 18 months - 5 years.
Parent/Tot
(18mo.-3 yrs. old) The parent assists the child in the class. Beginning tumbling is introduced, and children are exposed to all equipment. Excellent for building skills in flexibility, balance, strength, and reading readiness (45 minute class).
Mid-day
Have a preschool child? We offer mid-day pick ups from area preschools, or you can bring your child. Let your child bring a bag lunch and stay for class. (45 minutes)

Kindergym
Kindergym I – Beginning tumbling and work on all the equipment, scaled down to their size. Excellent for building skills in strength, flexibility, balance, and reading readiness. (1 hr. class)
Kindergym II (4-5 yrs. old) – Students who have had at least one year of Kindergym.(1 hr. class)
Girls
Girls I, IA – Students work on tumbling skills as well as all gymnastics equipment. Students are placed into classes according to skill level. (1 hr. class)
Girls II; Girls III – Students work on advanced tumbling skills as well as all gymnastics equipment. Students are placed into classes according to skill levels and coach recommendations. (Girls II - 1 ½ hr. class; Girls III – 2 hr. class)
Boys Recreational
Work on tumbling and all boys gymnastics equipment. Gain strength, flexibility, balance, and agility to apply to all sports. (1 hr. class)
Trampoline and Tumbling
Kinder Tramp & Tumbling – This class is designed for four and five year olds who want to get a taste of both. (45 min. class)
Trampoline I & II – Students learn proper techniques of jumps, twists, seat drops and more. Move your knowledge of tumbling onto the trampoline. (1 hr. class)
Trampoline I requirements – none
Trampoline II requirements – students should be able to successfully perform basic skills as taught in a Tramp I class at our gym or another gym.
Tumbling I, II & III – Ages 6+. A fun alternative to the traditional style of gymnastics. It’s just the student and the floor! Cartwheels, handsprings, flips, and more. (1 hr. class)
Tumbling I requirements – none
Tumbling II requirements – Students should understand the concept of round-offs and be able to successfully perform forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands.
Tumbling III requirements – Students must be proficient in back handsprings and ready to work back tucks.
